1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MobileStock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. These terms apply specifically to professional resellers operating within the United Kingdom.

2. Use of License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the MobileStock platform for business personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to VAT and tax laws).

3. Business Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

The materials on MobileStock are provided on an 'as is' basis. MobileStock makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
